1) Definitions. “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Commission Group Consulting. “You” refers to any visitor, user, or customer. “Services” includes coaching programs, the 8-System Franchise Model packages, assessments, and related offerings.

2) Use of the Site. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3) Accounts, forms, and submissions. If you submit information through forms (including assessments, applications, or contact requests), you represent that the information is accurate and you have the right to provide it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you use.
4) Intellectual property. The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, videos, frameworks, and downloadable materials) are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your internal business purposes. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
5) Prohibited activities. You may not: (a) copy, sell, license, or exploit Site content; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code; (c) transmit malware; (d) scrape or harvest data; (e) impersonate others; (f) interfere with Site operation or security.
6) Coaching and educational content disclaimer. The Company provides business education and coaching. You are solely responsible for decisions and actions you take based on information from the Site or Services. Nothing on the Site is a promise or guarantee of results.
7) Payments and refunds. If you purchase Services, additional terms may apply and will be provided at the time of purchase or engagement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable once Services begin.
