Property Management

  • IF YOUR HOME RENTS FOR $1,000+ YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE RENTER’S INSURANCE
  • Click on the vacancies tab and scroll to the property you have toured in person.
  • Our app fees are $40 per adult.  (Even if you are married.) (Adult = 18 and over)
  • The tenant provides the information that gathers any background, credit or criminal information.
  • If you enter your social or birthday incorrectly, you’ll have to re-apply (& re-pay)
  • Info typically goes back 10 years.
  • 500 minimum required on credit score.
  • No utility bills allowed in collections for approval (water, gas, electric, cell phone bill)
  • Small dogs are allowed on most properties; Please ask about cats. 
  • $350 non refundable pet fee per pet. Pets include ALL animals, not just dogs and cats (snakes, fish, Guinea pigs, hamsters, lizards, etc.) 
  • IF YOUR PET IS APPROVED, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE RENTER’S INSURANCE.
  • No aggressive breed dogs allowed.
  • ONCE APPROVED, YOUR DEPOSIT IS DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS! 
  • Deposits are typically $200 less than your rent amount.
  • Renters insurance is required if a pet of any kind is on the property. All pets must be listed on policy.
  • Timely payments and slow pays are reported through Experian monthly. 
  • Paying on time can help build credit; paying late can harm credit.
