- IF YOUR HOME RENTS FOR $1,000+ YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE RENTER’S INSURANCE
- Click on the vacancies tab and scroll to the property you have toured in person.
- Our app fees are $40 per adult. (Even if you are married.) (Adult = 18 and over)
- The tenant provides the information that gathers any background, credit or criminal information.
- If you enter your social or birthday incorrectly, you’ll have to re-apply (& re-pay)
- Info typically goes back 10 years.
- 500 minimum required on credit score.
- No utility bills allowed in collections for approval (water, gas, electric, cell phone bill)
- Small dogs are allowed on most properties; Please ask about cats.
- $350 non refundable pet fee per pet. Pets include ALL animals, not just dogs and cats (snakes, fish, Guinea pigs, hamsters, lizards, etc.)
- IF YOUR PET IS APPROVED, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE RENTER’S INSURANCE.
- No aggressive breed dogs allowed.
- ONCE APPROVED, YOUR DEPOSIT IS DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS!
- Deposits are typically $200 less than your rent amount.
- Renters insurance is required if a pet of any kind is on the property. All pets must be listed on policy.
- Timely payments and slow pays are reported through Experian monthly.
- Paying on time can help build credit; paying late can harm credit.
