Commission Group Staffing is looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking STAFFING AGENCY RECRUITER that also helps with Sales, to assist with our recruiting activities.

• Your primary role is to fill any job for our clients within 24 hours of receiving it.

• Your secondary role is to help and assist current staff with cold calling you will be responsible for calling businesses to generate new business in relation to improving and generation branch’s revenue.

• Develops new business by following up on business leads from internal and external sources, generates staffing leads through prospecting and cold calling both in person and via telephone and other electronic media such as social networking techniques.

• Builds a client prospect database and is responsible for maintaining the database and continually working the database.

• Working on Social Media sites & Job boards for recruiting candidates for jobs

• All administrative duties

• fill open jobs as they are required within the time expected & when needed

• Document processing

• E-Verifying all workers

• Any task trained and assigned, ability to change processes and procedures with no problems
