• Purpose: The free Value Builder Assessment evaluates your business’s scalability and sellability across 8 drivers (e.g., Financial Performance, Customer Satisfaction). Results are for informational purposes only and not a substitute for professional financial advice.
• Data Storage: Assessment answers are stored in your browser’s local storage for persistence across sessions. No personal data is transmitted unless you opt into further services (e.g., consultation).
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate responses. Inaccurate inputs may affect your score’s reliability (average score: 59/80; aim for 71+).

3. Coaching and Consulting Services

• Engagement: Our coaching services (e.g., Foundation Package, Premium Package) are subject to separate agreements upon purchase. Packages include implementation of our 8-System Franchise Model, targeting 25-40% revenue growth and 20-30% valuation increases.
• Payments: Fees (e.g., $10K for Foundation, $18K for Premium) are non-refundable unless specified in your contract. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
• Results Not Guaranteed: While 93% of clients achieve profitability, results vary based on your commitment and business context.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content on our site, including the Value Builder Assessment, 8-System Franchise Model, and templates, is owned by The Commission Group or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
